Adam has been practicing law since 2006 and has carved a name for himself in the greater Dayton legal community. He has extensive experience in federal and state court, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings, and has a proven record of resolution and satisfaction for his clients.
Adam enjoys the professional respect and esteem of his fellow lawyers and judiciary. He has repeatedly been nominated to leadership positions within the Dayton Bar Association—whether as a practice committee chair, grievance and disciplinary committee member, and as a member of the Dayton Bar’s Board of Trustees. He is one of the few lawyers entrusted with the solemn job of prosecuting local lawyers who have violated their professional duties.
A litigator and advocate at heart, Adam knows how to turn his clients’ legal position and strongest arguments into results. And because he is so often called upon to solve problems, he is adept at helping his clients avoid others’ pitfalls and mistakes. His advocacy skills were honed first as a competitive high school and college debater (he attended University of Pittsburgh on a debate scholarship), then as a successful law school advocacy competitor, and finally in his years of courtroom work.
After work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and four young children. Adam is also an accomplished beekeeper and keeps his friends, family, and EF&W well-stocked with honey.
